Hooters Let Down By Player numbers

We have blitzed our latest challenge to win convincingly in this epic on going battle between Blackout and Hooters. It was, however, a shallow win in that they only fielded 6 players. But it could so easily have been lost in that we allowed them to stack up too many runs with Hooters being sent into bat first. Their youngest player helped amass 50 odd runs in the 3rd pair and as a result led to a daunting task of having to chase 136 runs.

But our boys were up to the task and comfortably tallied up 158 by simply knocking the ball into the massive gaps left by their 2 missing players. Personal highlights were racking up a couple of over throws thanks to Logan's enthusiastic running between the creases and simply seeing the guys pull it together when needed to bring up the win!
